Online therapy for adults in Texas

In Texas, the nearest therapist can be an hour or more away, and a good one can have a long wait. Online sessions bring experienced CBT care to you, wherever you live in the state.

I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas with more than 20 years of CBT experience. I work with adults on anxiety, depression, anger, and life transitions, and I offer specialized care for LGBTQ+ clients.

How sessions work in Texas

  • You need to be physically in Texas during the session.

  • Appointments run 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Central Time, Monday–Friday. In far west Texas, which is on Mountain Time, that's 8 a.m.–2 p.m.

  • Sessions are 45 minutes by secure video, from any private place in the state.

  • If you'll be traveling outside Texas on your session day, we'll reschedule.

Fees and insurance

The self-pay fee is $130 per 45-minute session. I accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and many other insurance plans for Texas residents. If you pay out of pocket, you may request a Good Faith Estimate. See How to Book for both ways to start.
