Many men build successful lives and still feel something is missing: closeness, purpose, or room to be fully themselves. This group is a place to talk about that honestly, with others who understand.

We focus on resilience, self-compassion, and the strengths each member already has. We honor every member's background, culture, and story, and we work to reduce the isolation that so many of us carry.

A group for LGBTQ+ men who want a more connected, authentic life

Meet online with other men, led by a licensed therapist with more than 20 years of experience.

  • Successful on paper but dissatisfied.

  • Going through a life transition.

  • Struggling in your relationships.

  • Isolated or lonely.

  • Looking for greater purpose.

  • Dealing with self-criticism or shame.

  • Trying to build healthier habits.

  • Wanting deeper, more genuine connection with other men.

This group may be right for you if you are

  1. Check-in. Each member shares briefly how the week went.

  2. Focus topic. I introduce one theme, such as shame, perfectionism, or connection, with a short exercise.

  3. Discussion. Members share, listen, and support each other.

  4. Practice. We end with one small step to try before the next session.

What a session looks like

  • What is said in the group stays in the group.

  • Share what you're comfortable sharing. You never have to say more than you want to.

  • Listen without trying to fix.

  • Respect each member's identity, background, and pace.

  • Treat everyone with courtesy, in the group and out of it.
