Online therapy for adults in Florida

Whether you live in a big city, a beach town, or somewhere with few therapists nearby, you can meet with me from home. Online sessions remove the drive and the waiting room, so therapy fits into a Florida schedule.

I'm a Florida-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of CBT experience. I work with adults on anxiety, depression, anger, and life transitions, and I offer specialized care for LGBTQ+ clients.

How sessions work in Florida

  • You need to be physically in Florida during the session.

  • Appointments run 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday–Friday. In the western Panhandle, which is on Central Time, that's 9 a.m.–3 p.m.

  • Sessions are 45 minutes by secure video, from any private place in the state.

  • If you'll be traveling outside Florida on your session day, we'll reschedule.

My Florida license

Florida LMFT MT2233, issued by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling.

Fees and insurance

The self-pay fee is $130 per 45-minute session. I accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and many other insurance plans for Florida residents. If you pay out of pocket, you may request a Good Faith Estimate. See How to Book for both ways to start.

Questions from Florida clients

I only live in Florida part of the year. Can I see you? Yes, while you're physically in Florida. When you're elsewhere, we'll pause or reschedule, and pick up again when you're back.
